: | JOB DUTIES:
Analyze business and IT data processing problems to implement and improve various HUMAN RESOURCES based computer systems. Analyze user and business requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing HR based computer systems to improve the business capabilities. Use Workday technology and utilize various software quality methodologies to ensure reliability of software quality. Use efficient Workday technologies to automate Human Resources management and management of human resources data, integration of various human resources processes such payroll, health benefits by integrating with various third party systems for HR automation. Travel And/Or Relocation to unanticipated client sites is required.
EDUCATION REQUIRED :
Master’s Degree in Computers / IT /Engineering /Business /Science or Closely Related Field. Employer also accepts Bachelor’s Degree in Computers / IT /Engineering /Business /Science or Closely Related Field with five Years of Progressive Experience in Closely Related Field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
Experience of Six Months Utilizing Workday Technology for Human Resources Based Computer Systems is Required. Work Under Supervision. Travel And/Or Relocation to Unanticipated Client Sites is required
